Please understand this is a tough arena due to lots of tire kickers, unethical practice by some and the go-betweens (representatives of buyers and sellers; intermediaries) that forget their places in the transactions and sometimes will destroy a transaction before it gets presented to the ONLY parties that matter in the deal, the Seller and Buyer.  Egos get in the way of these transactions and also the ever present GREED factor by the 'go-betweens'.  Here at Properties2000 Group Incorporation we don't have time to waste and will follow the procedures provided by the Seller.  If any deviations are done it will be between the Seller and Buyer and not any 'go between' that kill deals.  We will simply move on to the next party in line for products. 

Please don’t contact us about $Trillion dollar packages.  Unless you represent a huge Hedge Fund and even then we will be skeptical about outrages request in the high Billions so please no games because games are time consuming.  Let's face it if a Buyer has those kinds of funds meaning lots of billions then why would they be contacting you and us for products.  Wouldn't you agree they would be direct to the source and just pick up the phone and not in the secondary market with us?
