First let me say up front if you do not have direct contact to the Buyer/Seller and/or Reps/Mandate let’s not waste each other’s time.  We ONLY deal and talk directly to those individuals to present them to our Sellers/Buyers and/or Reps/Mandates to establish that both parties are genuine and sincere in their representations. There will be no other parties in the conversations unless you have direct contact to those individuals to set up the calls between the two principles.  Once we have connected the Sellers/Buyers and/or Reps/Mandates to one another we are out of the way to allow the principles to speak and negotiate whether they will move forward or not. 
 

The Seller sources vary in procedures!  Private Seller purchases their product from institutions and then sells to Buyers wanting product from the states they purchase for.  Those states are the hot states in the market such as Arizona, California, Florida, Nevada, New York and Texas. Occasionally there is product from other states as well.  The procedure to connect with them is very simple.  I am direct to their Representative and will put only the Buyer and/or Buyer's Representative/Intermediary of Representative on the phone with the Sellers Representative to get all understanding in order to move forward. I have Private Sellers and Institutional sources for products.  If you are serious please contact me to receive the procedure for each Seller source.  Please no Tire Kickers ONLY serious individuals needing product. 

We all know that existing products are either fall outs from institutions where the Buyer it was intended for couldn't proof up to secure the products or the existing products are those that are shopped around and that is not what we will deliver.  These product don't come from Brokers but Private or Institutional Sellers ONLY! If your Buyer is not willing to show they are serious then please don't bother to waste your and our time.  If you as the Representative or working Intermediary (next to the Representative for Seller/Buyer) have tons of questions that the Buyer should be asking the Seller please let's not waste our time either.  I am not going to do the Buyer's due diligence for them.  They can get on the table and ask those questions for them selves.  The Seller sources I work with don't tolerate Shopping of their products to find end Buyers, if you dont' have the Buyer contact then please don't waste everyone's valuable time.
 
I have a Buying source that I am connected with with no one in between me and the Rep/Mandate.  I also have Buyers that I am direct to meaning I can call them and see if they have an interest in products presented to me.  Just as the Sellers want to know that my Buyer sources are real, I need to know that the Seller source is real.  This can be done by having the two principles or their Representatives communicate first to see if there can be a working relationship to move forward.  We will not tolerate individuals that will shop the Buyers information perioid.  Shopping a Buyer or Seller information in cyberspace across the internet is harmful to the Buyer/Seller and should never be tolerated and dealt with.  If you are a Shopper then please don't bother, it will save us both a lot of wasted time and consequences that may not be favorable to either party guilty of Shopping personal information to everyone.  They have serveral sources for purchasing products and is very thorough and knowledgeable in the bulk reo arena.  I will not put this source on the phone with Intermediaries that are not next to the Seller and/or Rep/Mandate period.

I would suggest that all Intermediaries that do not have the connection to the Reps/Mandates ensure you are protected in the process with the necessary documents.  Keep in mind we all know there are usually two Intermediaries that work any transaction and they are the ones next to the Reps/Mandates. So if you are not one of those please don't let greed kill the deal and move out of the way and don't expect the same payout.  It will be determined which Intermediaries are workers and those that receive referrals.  It's a shame but most transactions don't become a closed transaction due to greed from those in the middle and/or Buyers that can't proof up funds or try to get a glance of the products to shop them to an end Buyer them selves.  I can guarantee you this won't happen in any of the transactions I'm involved in.  So please if you are an Intermediary and greedy or a Buyer that can't proof up or try to shop the product don't bother to waste any one's time.  We've all been invloved with this scenario and it's not pleasant and very frustrating.  If you are a Buyer with playing games there will be consequences that will not allow you to be in the game.

Please don’t contact us about $Trillion dollar packages.  Unless you represent a huge Hedge Fund and even then we will be skeptical about outrages request in the high Billions so please no games because games are time consuming.  Let's face it if a Buyer has those kinds of funds meaning lots of billions then why would they be contacting you and us for products.  Wouldn't you agree they would be direct to the source and just pick up the phone and not in the secondary market with us?

GOLD
Our Gold contacts consists of Sellers in Africa at the present that I represent in Ghana and Guinea, West Africa.  I represent the Sellers but not in a signatory position.  I am direct and expect to deal with only the individual next to the Buyer or the Buyer to present them to my Sellers.  They will only deal with the Buyer unless the Representative has that authority from the Buyer to represent them. I will deal directly with the Representative of the Buyer and exchange information and help keep them informed of any transaction taking place.  I will not work through Intermediaries only the Reps and Buyers.  We have access to Gold dust and Bullion.  Contact me for the procedures, quality and prices to see if your Buyer wishes to proceed for product.  I will put your Buyer in contact with the Seller wtih you providing me with the name of the Buyer to alert my Seller of the person making contact for his awareness. Diamonds are also available from Africa at this current time.  I can deliver a FCO for the diamonds but only to the Buyer. I am also next to the Seller for diamonds.

Note Packages

For any Note Package first and foremost you should have an exit strategy and if you need servicing we can help you with a company to service your needs. We can provide you with product for Performing and Non Performing notes.  Sellers that are real should be able to provide a tape to my Buyers so they can determine if they want the product.  Only then will they fill out the necessary documents to move forward and not before hand. No Fee Agreement done before they have done their due diligence.  They will need to know the Seller they are dealing with to ensure no conflict of interest since they are serious Buyers and have numerous relationships with Sellers of notes. If you need a NCND so you can feel comfortable of no circumvent that is the only paperwork provided until they have reviewed the tape to determine what they will pay for it.  If this can't be done we won't waste precious time with phone calls.

MTN's, BG's and CMO's
You must have experience to be able to deal in this arena period!  I have excellent contacts for all three items desired and these contacts will not play or tolerate any foolishness because of the strict laws that are governed. 

We hold our real contacts of our Sellers and Buyers with the utmost respect and protection and will not send just anyone to them.  This is a tough business right now with too many cowboys on the internet making false claims and pretending to be in the loop from offers posted on the internet.  We simply don’t deal with these things period!  Our contacts are real and we plan on keeping them! We NEVER shop Seller/Buyer information nor do we shop products that have been plugged into cyberspace for all to see.  PLEASE BELIEVE THAT!
